Kyle and his Flaming Axe
Spent the morning with Kyle yesterday shooting some fun creatives.
Anyone with a beard as awesome as his, has to be photographed. Basically these photos just scream ‘Man’.
We shot a couple different photos. One nice portrait, up close portrait AND one crazy lumberjack with his flaming axe. What’s he swinging at?? You tell me.

You have seven months here, I’m not exltcay sure where your starting point is but it is in your best interest to make a plan for the week on what you are doing and every week make that more intense. For example, my college coach sent me a workout over the summer where Monday, Wednesday, and Friday were all running days with some ball work. Tuesdays and Thursdays were lifting days and sometimes there would be a speed workout. (this didn’t happen until much later on into my training.) Due to me not knowing where your comfort zone is, I would start out by running for thirty minutes at any pace and see how far you get. When you lift, you should focus on building up muscle in your thighs by doing squats, pecs by benching, and abs just by doing any ab workout you know. A really good way to get your endurance up is to do shorts sprints followed by a recovery. Our coach had us do these runs called fartlecks. We started out doing them for 20 min at a time, by the end of the summer we were up to 45 min. All they are is an easy jog but every five minutes you sprint all out for thirty seconds. I can easily say these got me in great shape. I hope this helps you, good luck!
